YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You implement the brand strategy and take responsibility for activation planning and conception, as well as overseeing the resulting activations as part of your roleManaging the brand within the overall portfolio strategy is part of your responsibility, and you identify new growth opportunitiesYou actively drive day-to-day brand management across all marketing mix elements. Planning and implementing strategies to achieve in-market objectives, such as sales levels and market share, are part of your roleYou hold sales and budget responsibility, including monitoring, planning, and controlling the brand's in-market performance and internal KPIs (Net Sales, Profit & Investment, profitability)Conducting continuous data analysis (monitoring market trends, brand performance, and competition) and making data-driven conclusions and recommendations to enhance in-market brand performance is part of your responsibility. You keep the TB4L framework, including 7P analysis, up to dateYou actively contribute to developing the local full-funnel media strategy in close collaboration with the Media/Digital Manager, E-commerce Team, and Media Agency partners. This includes media briefing, planning and execution, post-buy analysis, and managing specific media research studiesCollaborating strongly within the local category team to ensure successful activation of patients, consumers, and shoppers is part of your role. You also work closely with the customer teams to meet the needs of the retail channelYou maintain a close exchange and cooperation with the Brand Activation Managers in Austria to generate efficiencies for the DE/AT country cluster

You have a relevant university degree (Master's or similar, ideally with a specialization in marketing) or an equivalent qualificationYou bring several years of experience in Marketing and CommunicationHaving both operational and strategic experience in OTC or FMCG marketing is part of your backgroundConsumer-centric thinking is part of your mindset, and you excel in problem-solving while demonstrating entrepreneurial and strategic thinkingExperience in Sales and/or Trade Marketing is beneficial and adds to your skill setYou possess strong analytical skills and remain flexible and adaptable to changesBeing a team player is essential, and you thrive when working collaborativelyNative German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
