This position reports to the Downstream Hardware FAS Leader located in Tokyo, Japan. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. What you will do: Our main customers are companies involved in pharmaceutical manufacturing. We sell equipment such as purification devices for the production of biopharmaceuticals, including antibody drugs, vaccines, and cell therapies, which are specialties of Cytiva. + Estimation, specification, design, delivery, handling instructions, training, troubleshooting (including quality issues), and delivery schedule management of downstream hardware. + Equipment proposals, custom design, and project management according to customer needs. + Sales and order number management, funnel management. + Leading team members on a project-by-project basis and coordinate with global team. + Executing collaboration with other Opco and leveraging other departments to carry out projects. + ダウンストリームハードウェアの見積、仕様、設計、納品、取り扱い説明、トレーニング、トラブル対応(品質問題含む)、納期管理。 + 顧客のニーズに応じた設備提案、カスタムデザイン、およびプロジェクト管理 + 売上、受注の数字管理。ファネルマネージメント。 + チームメンバーを案件ごとにリードし前に進める。グローバルチームと連携をとる。 + 他のOpcoとのコラボレーションを実行し、他部署の力を借りて案件を実行する。 Who you are: + Bachelor's Degree in Business, life sciences or relevant field. + 5 years commercial/applications experience, preferably in the Biotechnology industry. + Cross selling, upselling, value propositions and funnel management. + Downstream consumables, hardware and related product expertise. + ビジネス、ライフサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号。 + 3年間以上の営業またはアプリケーション関連業務の経験(できればバイオテクノロジー業界での経験があることが望ましい) + クロスセリング、アップセリング、バリュープロポジション、ファネルマネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメント。 + ダウンストリーム消耗品、ハードウェア、関連製品の専門知識。 + 顧客事業の主要なビジネス方針を理解すること。 Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: + Short-term business trips both domestic and international for training or business meetings (50%) + 研修や商談を目的とした国内外への短期出張があります。(50 %) Join our winning team today.
