Job Description

Robert Bosch Kft. is committed to raise the professional level of engineer training at the country's prestigious universities.  Our strategic goal is to enhance the tech transfer between higher education and industry to provide a high-quality R&D environment.

Your tasks:

The Bosch Scientist plays a key role in this partnership. We provide a well-defined legal and operational framework for seamless cooperation with Academia and Universities to maximize Bosch’s innovation power, engineering effectiveness and efficiency as well as attract more and better educated graduate applicants. Our goal is to implements cooperations where on the one hand experienced Bosch engineers can pass on their knowledge to university students, thus supporting the recruitment of well-trained professionals, while on the other hand Bosch can benefit from the unique knowledge and experience accumulated at universities through joint R&D projects.
The Bosch Scientist is an employee of Robert Bosch Kft. and spends time both at Bosch and at the given University.

Qualifications

► Commitment to the development of Hungarian higher education

► PhD in science or technology

► Several years of work experience at Bosch, extensive network within RBHU

► High-level experience in a technical field

► Demonstrated skills in strategy formulation and implementation

► Experience in facilitation and moderation

► Outstanding organizational, communication and presentation skills

► Creative thinking

► Hungarian language
