Join us as an Information Security and Business Continuity (BC) Manager in fostering a culture of security and resilience within BNEW. You'll play a key role in cross-organizational collaboration, ensuring critical risks are appropriately managed, and supporting all BNEW units in implementing Ericsson's security frameworks.
This position is in Kista, Sweden and part of BNEW Security Organization, reporting to Head of Head of BNEW Info Sec and Privacy. You will join a small team of security and privacy specialists, the main responsibility areas are Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Security Governance and Security Risk Management.
What you will do:
Cultivate a 'Security and Business Resilience' mindset within BNEWLead BNEW Information Security core team and ensure alignment within BNEW unitsDrive alignment between Information Security and IT Security in BNEWDrive operational excellence, continuous development and improvement of BNEW Information security postureSupport BNEW units in adhering to Ericsson's Information Security frameworksWork closely with the global security organizationEnsure critical risks in Information Security receive proper management attentionSupport BNEW Information Security related to internal and external security assessments and auditsEngage and influence stakeholders and leaders
The skills you bring:
Experience in Information Security, and IT Security standards and regulationsKnowledge in technology and ITSelf-driven, results-oriented, and a team playerAnalytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities in the context of Information and IT Security challengesKnowledge of Ericsson's business environment, preferable BNEWSkills in Change Management, consulting, collaborative and able to work with all levels of staff with outstanding relationshipStrong communication skills, with the ability to present complex security issues in clear, business-focused termsProject management experienceFluent in English (both verbal and written)
Nice-to-Have Skills/ Behaviors:
Familiarity with Ericsson Security Policies, Directives, and InstructionsExperience in Privacy (GDPR)Worked across different cultures in a global setting and with many stakeholdersInterest and passion to learnInternal and/or External assessor experience
