Billing Analyst with German

Summary of the role:

We are looking for candidates with relevant experience to join our Billing team. As a Billing Analyst, you’ll prepare, carry out, and monitor automated and manual billing processes for Amadeus markets, apply new requirements, identify problems, analyze, and solve them. You’ll be the responsible connection between local customers, business partners, and other business units, as well as the central team for billing activities.

In this role you’ll:

Perform operational billing activities for Amadeus products and services both independently and as part of a team.Conduct thorough analysis of customer financial queries.Collaborate effectively with colleagues on the support and execution of billing processes.Be a collaborative partner for our internal departments, management, and customers, providing support and assistance for all billing-related topics.Work on local and international projects.

About the ideal candidate:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Previous work experience in a similar position.Excellent analytical skills.Proficiency with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Module.Knowledge of accounting concepts is beneficial.Proficiency in oral, written, and presentation skills in English (C1), and German (B2)Adaptable to changing work priorities to meet required deadlines.Motivated and proactive.Enthusiasm for learning.Effective problem-solving skills.
