Reporting to the Director of Beverage & Food, this integral role will manage and process all B&F reservation requests, including modifications and cancellations received via phone or email. The position will assess guests’ needs to recommend suitable venues and seating arrangements, verify availability across meal periods, and optimise venue occupancy through effective reservation planning.
