What You'll Do

You will play a key role in shaping and executing our learning strategy to support the growth and development of our diverse technical talent across BCG X’s global locations. You’ll collaborate closely with global and regional L&D colleagues, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to ensure learning programs are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable impact.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Learning Strategy & Development:Partner with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and manage the design and implementation of strategic L&D roadmaps and targeted programs aligned with business objectivesCollaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning solutions across various formats and platforms, from in-person to digital and immersive technologies.Support design and delivery of change initiatives, best practice exchange, and further improve relevance of learning programs and self-service offeringsReview and curate content based on learning goals and learner needsStay current on emerging learning trends that are relevant for BCG employees and drive innovation through the adoption of state-of-the-art tools and technologies to offer a best-in-class user-centered experienceWork alongside BCG X Global L&D team to support on topic areas beyond technical learning and ensure BCG X employees are offered a holistic learning experienceStakeholder Management:
Advise managers and team members on leveraging learning platforms, programs, and tools to meet range of upskilling needs across BCG XDevelop relationships with key stakeholders to assure that L&D programs are aligned with specific business priorities and outcomesInfluence and drive alignment between stakeholders with a confident and competent demeanorCommunicate L&D best practices and rationale with stakeholders to influence and drive effective learning solutions[CHAPTER SPECIFIC] Support Chapter leadership in driving strategic programs and priorities, including the development of content and support for key chapter and X leadership initiatives[CHAPTER SPECIFIC] Manage cadence, agenda, content for main Chapter leadership meetings and affiliation meetingsProject Management:
Independently manage and communicate timelines and deliverables with various stakeholders across multiple projects in an ambiguous environmentServe as a thought partner for stakeholders to define a scope of workHelp keep stakeholders and teams focused and driven towards project goalsEngage and partner with vendors as required[CHAPTER SPECIFIC] Lead special projects outside the scope of ordinary business operations to support Chapter-specific strategic objectives

What You'll Bring

6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a fast-paced, complex international corporate environment or consultancy Proficient in training design and instructional strategy, with strong understanding of blended learning, including in-person, live virtual, and self-paced learning through AI-enhanced and immersive technologies.Proven track record of leading global training programs and the planning and logistical executionExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good business judgmentStrong planning and organization skills, across time zones, with strong attention to detailStrong affinity for how technology can be leveraged to enhance learning impact/outcomesAbility to work effectively in a global virtual environment, with strong service behaviorsInitiative, ownership, and results-orientationProficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel; as well as familiarity with LMS/LXP and survey toolsFluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Who You'll Work With

As an L&D Manager within BCG X, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of learning professionals, working closely with other People team colleagues, and business partnering with chapter leaders and technical subject matter experts across BCG’s global locations. You will report to the BCG X Global Learning & Engagement Senior Director.
