Key Responsibilities  Prepare and serve a wide variety of classic and contemporary cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and drinks according to brand standards.·       Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service to residents / guests at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction.·       Maintain a thorough knowledge of all beverages, spirits, wines, and bar menu items, and confidently make recommendations to guests.·       Ensure the bar area is always clean, organized, and well-stocked, including mise en place and equipment care.·       Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner, reporting feedback to supervisors as needed.·       Perform opening and closing procedures for the bar, including inventory control and cash handling.·       Monitor and manage bar supplies, minimize waste, and assist with ordering and stocktaking.·       Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, fire and safety regulations, and hygiene standards including HACCP.·       Upsell beverages and promote bar specials to maximize sales and revenue.·       Participate in staff meetings, departmental trainings, and ongoing product knowledge sessions.·       Stay up to date with current cocktail trends and continuously develop new recipes.·       Support the team and act as a role model, ensuring a positive and motivating work environment.·       Perform any additional duties assigned by the Bar Manager or Management.
