The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following: • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and BSA standards. • Operate Micros POS efficiently for order processing and payments. • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent service. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. • Daily stock counts. • Work between bars if needed. • Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth bar operations, especially during peak hours.
