**Description:**
Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our **Banquet Team** as our **On-Call Banquets Administrative Assistant!**
The Banquets Administrative Assistant will support our Event Services team at Hyatt Regency Seattle & Hyatt at Olive 8. This individual must be organized, have superior verbal and written communication skills. This administrative assistant will assist with inputting schedules, ordering, fostering communication throughout the Banquets team, and support weekly payroll processing.
**The hourly rate range for this position is $26.25 to $26.78. The starting rate for this position is $26.25/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years or more with Hyatt, which is currently offered at $26.78/hour. Please note, the** **_Four-Year Rate_** **is only available to colleagues with Full-Time & Part-Time Status.**
