This is your chance to shine in a leadership role that combines operational excellence, creativity, and a genuine love for hospitality. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Lead, mentor, and energize our amazing Banquets, Banquet Beverage, and Convention Services setup teams — inspiring them to deliver flawless events every time. + Collaborate closely with our talented Events, Culinary, and Stewarding teams to ensure no detail is missed, from setup to service. + Review and execute Banquet Event Orders to bring each client’s vision to life — exceeding expectations and creating wow moments. + Keep the energy high and the quality higher, ensuring all meetings and functions run smoothly, on time, and to Hyatt’s world-class standards. + Think creatively! The salary range for this position is $83,600 to $94,000 (commensurate with experience).
