To grow, maintain and retain a portfolio of private banking customers in line with the segment value propositions, related initiatives and activities aimed at creating value for the client and the bank.
Job Responsibilities
Proactively promote a relationship-based offering through a primary point of contact, which meets the client expectations by providing personalized financial solutions in line with the client value proposition.Adhere to sound account management principles for optimal credit portfolio management execution (i.e., reduced excesses, unauthorised overdrawn accounts and overdue reviews)Educate customers with regards to lending application processes (e.g., vehicle finance, home loans, overdraft, credit card, personal loans, cash, etc.), credit maintenance processes (e.g., annual reviews) and account conduct expectations (e.g., minimum account balances, provision for debit orders and cheque payments, etc.)Prepare and submit quality credit applications for evaluation and/or approval by Credit, where required or oversees the preparation of credit applications. Conducts credit reviews as and when required.Analyse customers’ financial behaviour, current product holding and short to long term financial needs to identify sales opportunities that are mutually beneficial to the bank and the customer.
