What a B2B Marketing Analyst does at Visa:
As a Marketing Analyst, B2B Marketing, you will play a crucial role in partnering with sales excellence, digital sales and commercialization teams in enabling the success of Sales Plays. This will involve streamlining execution & processes with the sales teams, work closely with product & product marketing to land solution centric sales assets and manage and advance leads generated from in-bound and out-bound marketing activities through the sales funnel.
In this role, you will be the glue that binds our regional product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing, ultimately increasing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Play Enablement:
Collaborate with product, product marketing, and sales teams to design, develop, and deploy compelling, solution-centric sales assetsEnsure these assets effectively enhance sales capabilities and align with strategic sales play initiativesWork closely with sales teams to maximize the utilization and impact of these assets.2. Lead Generation Management:
Partner with B2B marketing leaders and sales teams to manage leads generated from in-bound and out-bound marketing activities that support Sales PlaysManage the lead lifecycle through the marketing-to-sales funnel, ensuring seamless handoff and nurturing to create robust sales opportunitiesProvide insights and feedback from sales teams to B2B marketing leaders to optimize effectiveness of sales assets and leads generated3. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on the usage, effectiveness, and impact of sales assets and generated leadsDevelop comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights to key stakeholdersUse data-driven analysis to refine marketing strategies and improve the contribution of marketing efforts to sales outcomes4. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication:

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven professional with a deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and a proven track record in supporting sales initiatives
