This role is responsible for designing and executing B2B offline programs in Luxembourg, driving the digital B2B strategy in Belgium, and leading the digitalization of customer communications. Acting as a key player in developing promotional activities and ensuring their timely launch, the role focuses on analyzing market data to create impactful campaigns, migrating digital platforms, and providing monthly results to stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and delivering activities that align with the company’s business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement the B2B digital strategy for Belgium, including annual plans, content, and commercial activities;

• Set up and implement B2B offline programs in Luxembourg;

• Lead the digitalization of B2B communication and migrate digital platforms in Belgium and launch them in Luxembourg;

• Develop and launch promotional activities in line with ACP, ensuring speed and focus;

• Gather data and provide input for reports and post-activity evaluations;

• Translate market data and insights into impactful promotional activities;

• Track progress, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation plans;

• Manage and support one team member, fostering their growth and development.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing (FMCG is a plus)

• Strong digital skills, data analytics capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to develop effective solutions

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive attitude

• Attention to detail and a hands-on, can-do approach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working in cross-functional teams

• Fluency in English, Dutch, and/or French
