A Test Automation Engineer with 6 to 9 years of experience is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing solutions for banking applications. This role involves designing test frameworks, creating automated test scripts for banking applications using Selenium with Java, and ensuring the quality and performance of complex banking systems. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the banking domain, allowing them to design test scenarios that align with business requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
Automation Framework Design and Development:
Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable automation frameworks using Selenium with Java.
Create and maintain automated test scripts for various banking modules like payments, loans, transactions, and account management.
Develop custom functions and utilities to support complex test scenarios.
Functional and Regression Testing:
Design and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with business analysts to understand banking requirements and create comprehensive test plans and scenarios.
Perform data validation and testing across various banking products, including credit/debit, loans, customer onboarding, and online transactions.
Integration with CI/CD Pipelines:
Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Ensure automated tests are executed during every build and deployment cycle, reducing manual intervention.
