About this opportunity:
We are seeking an Automation Engineer LCM RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for our Automation and Tools Automation Operation in Noida. This role is crucial for driving and leading Life Cycle Management (LCM) and development deliveries, managing automation engineers, and implementing automated solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and scalability.
What you will do:
-Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using standardized tools like RPA, ENABLE, MATE, and in-house tools.
-Manage the LCM of live automation solutions.
-Facilitate the implementation of global automation initiatives for managed services customers.
-Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team.
-Ensure 24/7 availability of tools and automation for deployed customers within the LCM scope.
-Define and manage SLAs with various stakeholders for end-to-end tools and automation support.
-Create a productive team environment, provide feedback, and support optimal work-life balance.
-Drive improvement programs and plan career development for team members.
-Manage work level agreements, service level agreements, customer escalations, and business continuity.
-Contribute to stakeholder meetings and ensure process adherence within the team.
The skills you bring:
-Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
3 -8 Years of experience in automation engineering or software development.
-Proven experience in managing automation/software development projects and operation teams.
-Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Enable, Mate, UiPath, or similar.
-Prior development experience is strongly preferred.
