Main Responsibilities

Crafting innovation mix developmentwith consumer love andmindset of business growth

Leading and deliveringinnovation projects, including managing project networkand Innoflex processfor multi categories of Home Care, through close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Planner, R&D, CMI, Supply Chain etc.) 

Working closely with creative and media agencies to create stellar project communication

Analyzing market and brand performance datato inform strategy & proactively identify issues and opportunities for sustainable long-term growth.

Working closely with business, CMI, and execution team to monitor and review the project performance 

Manage marketing budgets across various project workstreams

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

Creative thinking in crafting ideas and developing solutions that meet the consumer needs and strengthen the brand love. 

Strong business management skills and business acumen and constantly looking for new opportunities to grow the business.

Experience in managing project network and business case

Ability to manage and influence teams across multiple locations to deliver business goals  

Experience working with and leading creative agencies to deliver the innovation mix 

Self-driven with bias for action, able to complete workstreams independently & efficiently.

Growth mindset with strong track record of delivering results  

Strong ownership and accountability with a high degree of rigor

Strong team player and excellent communicator, both written and verbal  

Ability to manage and prioritize complex project deliverables and competing projects  

Skill

Robust business mindset, sharp analytical, and problem-solving skills

Highly pro-active and resourceful  

Strong leadership and project management skills

Creative ingenuity in craftingcompelling story telling and copywriting 

Keen eyes for visual and impactful designs 

Fluent in English speaking and writing

Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Project
