Position Summary

The key role is belonged to Supply Chain to secure on time delivery and manage inventory.

Analysis distributor demand and make forecast to Denmark global supply chain team

Make supply planning and make sure product can on time deliver to distributor

Key Responsibilities

1, Supply Planning & Inventory Management

àBase on demand forecast and safety stock, implement purchase order and track coming shipment

àOptimize inventory level to secure OTD and achieve monthly Inventory target

àWork with cross function team to coordinate issues occurred to make sure product arrival on time

àKeep reduction on unhealthy stock such as E&O, slow moving, short shelf life, rework stock

2, Demand planning & Forecast management

àReview distributor demand and provide forecast to global supply chain team

àAnalysis customer demand and adjustment in time to make on time delivery

àUnderstand customer demand to update supply plan and inventory management in time

3, Delivery and Execution

àBase on customer demand and inventory requirement, to pull in or pull out delivery from global supply chain

àFollow up closely of delivery plan and make sure global supply chain team deliver to us on time

àFollow up whole process from supplier delivery to deliver to customer, some action needed like push delivery from Denmark, push custom clearance, etc.

4, Reporting

à Daily Planning report

à Weekly and Monthly KPI report

à Other needed report

Skills And Abilities

àPlanning process knowledge including demand planning/supply planning.

àComplete supply chain process from product procurement to deliver to end customer.

àAble to use Excel/PBI to analyze past trends/history for future planning.

àGood communication skill, teamwork spirit, positive attitude, and constant passion

àStrong sense of responsibility and urgency.

àGood command of written & oral English

àPositive working attitude to customer-oriented serving mind-set

àAbility to adopt changing situation and see new possibilities for improvement while thinking ahead. Willing to change and achieving new target.

àLean concept and continuous improvement process in mind

Desirable

àBachelor Education with supply chain or other management

à5 years+ planning experience in multinational companies

àGood skill of Excel

àGood command of written & oral English

àHave rich experience of supply chain planning job
