**Introduction** We are seeking an experienced Cloud Transformation Lead to lead our clients through the process of transforming their IT infrastructure and applications to the cloud. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, IT transformation methodologies, and business acumen to drive cloud adoption and digital transformation. The Cloud Transformation Lead will work closely with clients to assess their current IT environment, develop cloud strategies, and implement cloud solutions that meet their business needs. **Your role and responsibilities** * Lead cloud transformation engagements with clients, including assessment, strategy development, and implementation planning * Conduct workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and IT infrastructure * Develop comprehensive cloud strategies and roadmaps for clients, including cloud architecture, security, and governance * Assess clients' current IT environment and identify opportunities for cloud optimization and cost savings * Collaborate with clients to develop business cases and ROI analyses for cloud adoption * Design and implement cloud solutions, including migration of applications and data to cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) * Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for clients to ensure successful cloud adoption * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams to drive cloud business growth * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cloud innovations to continuously improve cloud transformation services **Required technical and professional expertise** * 15+ years of experience in IT consulting, cloud computing, or a related field * Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS * Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other cloud providers * Proven track record of leading cloud transformation engagements and delivering successful cloud projects * Strong business acumen and understanding of IT transformation methodologies * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
