Our mission is to increase the number of patients treated in stroke-ready hospitals and to optimize the quality of treatment in all existing stroke centers. We are building a global community of stroke centers and stroke-ready hospitals, working every day to improve the quality of treatment for every stroke patient. **Responsibilities:** As an Associate Market Access Specialist , you will: + Increase efficiency in the management of stroke patients + Support hospitals, EMS companies, and healthcare professionals with continuous training and organizational tools + Promote new diagnostic and treatment guidelines to hospitals as an expert Therapeutic Consultant + Foster and promote quality monitoring programs to ensure consistent performance of hospitals and EMS companies + Extend the reach of the project to new hospitals and EMS companies + Lead multidisciplinary stroke teams through continuous improvement + Improve therapeutic protocols in major hospitals **Required Skills:** + Excellent scientific background + Ideally PhD in Neuroscience + High motivation and excellent people skills + Fluency in English and Spanish + Leadership skills + Proactivity, flexibility, and problem-solving skills + Eligibility to work full-time in Spain + Valid Driving license **\#LI-DNP #LI-CES** IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
