Job Purpose
The position is responsible for driving tractor and equipment sales across Serbia and other Balkan countries. The role involves developing distribution networks, supporting dealer onboarding, expanding market presence, and reporting on competitive activity.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze regional market trends to identify sales opportunities
Appoint and manage distributors and sales outlets
Onboard new dealers, ensuring alignment with branding, infrastructure, and training standards
Implement and monitor market development activities to achieve volume targets
Recommend new business opportunities and applications
Leverage institutional sales for additional growth
Regularly update internal stakeholders on market shifts, competitor activity, and new product performance
Collect market data and customer feedback through regular travel
Reporting Relationships
Reports to: Country Commercial Head (based in Asia)
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in sales (agricultural machinery or related field preferred)
Must have worked with distributors/dealers in an indirect sales model
Export sales experience is a plus
Skills:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Fluent in English
High professional ethics and self-driven attitude
Education:
BE/BTech degree (engineering, agronomy, or related discipline)
