The Associate Manager, Operational Effectiveness is responsibility for leading and supporting Lean initiatives that improve operational performance, drive efficiency, and strengthen problem-solving capabilities across Real World Solutions (RWS). Our RWS Lean team’s vision is to act as catalysts and cultivate a workplace where Lean thinking is second nature, inspiring more people to get trained and apply Lean.
