The Role 

As an Associate Manager, Regional Planning and Coordination, you will provide critical support to the Chief of Staff and the Regional Planning & Coordination team in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing regional coordination, and ensuring effective operations. The Associate Manager will play a key role in advancing Evidence Action's regional goals through proactive project management, rigorous analysis, and strong stakeholder engagement.

This is a (1) one-year contract that may be renewed depending on various internal factors.

Responsibilities 

Strategic Initiatives: 20%

Participate in Strategic Development: Contribute to the development and execution of regional strategic initiatives, including project launches and strategic planning processes. Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support strategic decision-making, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the region. Prepare Communication Materials: Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for regional leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.

Regional Coordination: 20%

Event Planning Support: Assist in planning and logistics for key regional events, including annual leadership conferences, ensuring all details align with the organization's goals. Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among regional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and fostering accountability. Support in developing content and providing inputs for sub regional meetings.

Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: 20%

Reporting and Dashboards: Support the preparation of insightful reports and performance dashboards, effectively communicating performance data to regional leadership on a quarterly basis. Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for improved regional outcomes.

New Country Entry Support: 30%

Market Entry Facilitation: Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and global/regional teams to support the successful entry into new markets. Coordinate Strategies: Share insights and coordinate efforts for seamless integration and execution of regional objectives during new market entries.

Other duties: 10%
