BODYARMOR Sports Nutrition is looking for an Associate Brand Manager, Powerade to join our team.

The Associate Brand Manager, Powerade provides support to the strategy, development, and execution of marketing plans for Powerade on behalf of BODYARMOR Sports Nutrition. The role of the Associate Brand Manager involves providing key Marketing support to the Senior Brand Manager and VP of Brand, as well as to inform, educate, and engage by strategically creating marketing and sales plans to further grow these product platforms in alignment with overall business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Co-Pilot platform marketing strategy development, fueled by consumer insights, category trends and brand equities including:Focused Campaign DevelopmentConsumer Messaging & CreativeIn-store merchandising/creativeProperty activationProduct InnovationAdvertising & Media strategyPartner programsPublic Relations/influencer/social marketingLead weekly brand score card to keep Corporate Marketing department and cross-functional partners updated on weekly sales insights.Collaborate with shopper and customer marketing in developing unique marketing programs that appeal to consumers in support of both long-term and short-term business priorities.Provide administrative support to the development of tools that allow Corporate, Shopper & Field Marketing teams to execute 360-degree programs.Assist in developing briefs for all relevant creative projects (packaging, retail point-of-sale, social media, website, advertising, etc.) and providing feedback on creative output to ensure it supports brand strategy.Subject matter expert by continuously keeping abreast of purchaser, consumer and industry insights that can be used to develop more powerful consumer communications and marketing programming.Assist in managing timely communication of marketing initiatives to cross-functional groups: commercial, bottler execution, customers teams, corporate and field marketing as well as senior management.Assist in developing comprehensive presentations for partners, retailers, and internal cross-functional presentation. Contribute to the development of written briefs for use by agencies (creative, advertising, packaging, partner activation, media, consumer promotions, merchandising, licensed or specialty merchandise, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.3-4 years of relevant professional experience in marketing requiredExperience in Brand or Media Marketing with a focused CPG product(s) (preferably beverage)Experience gathering and analyzing sales, consumer and shopper data from owned and syndicated toolsStrong analysis, creative thinking, planning, organizing and problem-solving skillsPassion for understanding consumer behaviorStrong attention to detail.  Self-starter.  Team player.Ability to adjust on the fly and thrive in an ever-changing environmentAbility to travel (~20% of time)

Pay Range:

$86,300 - $113,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
