This position works out of our Sturgis, MI location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Apply high quality scientific techniques in the microbiological analysis of raw ingredients, in-process production samples, finished product testing and environmental monitoring, to ensure that all products manufactured are fit for useBe able to work with fellow microbiologist, with a high degree of motivation, attention to important details with clear communication to all team members. Required
High school diploma (or equivalent) required plus 1 year of appropriate college lab studies and 1 year of college mathematics), plus 2 years of laboratory experience or 4 years’ experience in a food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environmentKnowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritionalsCollege or working in food/pharmaceutical/medical device plant or hospital/medical lab.Preferred

The base pay for this position is $18.65 – $37.35 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
