Manage and maintain Inventory of 800 plus raw materials including Bulk Items like Flour, Sugar, Salt, starches etc plus Maintenance & Chemical Stores. Ensuring Inventory control measures for stock accuracy across all RM/PM/FG & Maintenance Stores. · Inventory management to track stock movements, expiry dates and material movement Oversee warehouse activities including receiving storage, picking and dispatch for [ RM/PM/FG] & Maintenance & Chemical Stores. Compliance with GMP standards and Allergen management protocols for Direct Materials Optimize space utilization and ensure efficiency with GWP Conduct regular inspections of Near to Expiry materials Adherence to Zero FIFO / FEFO principle Co-ordinate with internal stake holders for any quality related issues Compliance and Documentation with regulatory requirement. Qualifications and skills Scope of Responsibilities · 3 Warehouses Maintenance Stores – Maintenance spares Chemical Stores – Chemicals & Consumables.
