The **Assistant Food and Beverage Manager** will oversee the daily operations of our Food and Beverage outlets. Responsibilities include: + Supervising and supporting colleagues to deliver service aligned with luxury standards and Forbes Five-Star expectations. + Scheduling, forecasting, training, and coaching associates. + Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as internal operating procedures and brand standards. + Collaborating with the culinary and events teams to execute special events and seasonal programming. + Monitoring quality and service standards with a focus on continuous improvement. + Assisting with inventory management, cost control, and financial forecasting.
