Assistant Manager - Learning - Alila Wuzhen
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Learning is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Learning Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.As Assistant Manager - Learning,you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training and development programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and service excellence of hotel employees.
