Innovation Generation

\n\nEnsure that all ideas at various stages are centrally maintained and monitored for progression across all stakeholders.\nTrack and report all improvement cost savings linked to innovation regularly to keep stakeholders engaged.\nDemonstrate leadership in working with a country team of approximately 20-30 people across diverse cultures to leverage technology for operational benefits.\n\n

Innovation Engagement & Implementation

\n\nLead innovation programs that have clear projects and demonstrate a positive business case for deployment on the operational shop floor.\nManage and drive projects that involve cross-functional teams across different countries to realize the full benefits of technology.\n\n

Innovation Value Proposition to Customers

\n\nDevelop innovation packages for stakeholders (e.g., Business Development, Client Support Services, Account Management) to share our innovation journey with existing and new customers.\nDrive effective engagement with customers regarding our innovation programs and progress, ensuring they recognize how innovation provides a competitive advantage for DHL.\nCreate marketing materials (in the form of write-ups or videos) on innovation for Service Logistics.\n\n

Advocate for Innovation

\n\nSupport engagement and drive clear communication across functions (within Service Logistics, DHL Supply Chain, and Customer Solutions & Innovation) at global, regional, and country levels to ensure successful implementation of innovation adoption.\nBe a strong advocate for customers, ensuring a constant push within operations to adopt the latest relevant technological solutions that achieve cost-effectiveness and efficiencies.\nMaintain strong financial acumen to ensure that all innovation implementations yield financial benefits network-wide.\nDrive the adoption of Remote Collaboration Tools (RCT) to support growth, particularly in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and circularity initiatives.\n\n

Product Development and Deployment

\n\nDrive identified innovation products from concept to onboarding new customers, ensuring value is delivered to both operations and customers across different business models in Service Logistics (e.g., Technical Services and Circular Economy).\nDevelop necessary marketing content and cost models that effectively onboard new customers to the new product platform.\nLead the expansion of RCT adoption to support growth.\nRequirements\nOver 4 years of relevant experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.\nProven track record of implementing and scaling innovation initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence diverse teams and stakeholders from various cultures and work styles.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nFinancial acumen and experience in driving cost-effective solutions.\nAbility to clearly demonstrate the value of innovation to secure new opportunities and position innovative approaches as key drivers for success.\nSupport DHL value proposition and maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace through innovative solutions.\n
