Casual fare, craft beer, and cocktails! Savor refreshing drinks and sandwiches, salads, and more at our timeless and sophisticated pool bar and restaurant, The Shelter Club. Located right behind the outdoor third-floor pool, guest can order a burger, fresh fries, and a cocktail all without leaving their pool chair. Guest can take a dip in the sparkling pool and enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the expansive pool deck as guest unwind, dine, and relax with a cool beverage in hand.
This Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel at both Shore Room and The Shelter Club outlets. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.
_The salary range for this position is $68,640.00-$79,400.00. This is the pay range for this position that The Seabird Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education._

**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 2 years in F&B Management position.
+ Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
+ Ideal applicant will have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader.
+ Must be able to provide full availability each week including weekends, holidays and overnights.
+ Commitment to follow food safety protocols.
+ Must be of age to serve and pour alcohol in CA.
