Assistant - Business Associate

You will oversee essential administrative processes, support compliance efforts, and help maintain clear communication within Abbott Belgium. **Your Main Responsibilities** + Provide administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and handling various projects. + Assist the wider team with administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency in all operations. + Manage the order process for key customers, tracking shipments and deliveries while proactively addressing any challenges. + Organize and attend internal meetings, oversee event planning, and manage budgets when needed. + Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. + Handle procurement processes, including purchase orders, vendor management, and payments according to company policies. + Maintain document retention schedules and ensure compliance with company policies. + Support compliance efforts for sponsorships and meetings, working closely with sales and marketing teams. + Assist in coordinating environmental, health, and safety responsibilities within the division. + Help manage contracts and tenders, ensuring timely responses and proper document handling. **Your Profile** + High school qualifications. + Strong secretarial and communication skills. + Significant experience in administrative or secretarial roles. + Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. + Experience working with contracts and tenders is an advantage. + Ability to work independently, using initiative and meeting tight deadlines. + Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch **Our Offer** At Abbott, we invest in your growth and success.
