About the job
The post-holder will play a critical role in the effective administration and implementation of our Work Based Learning (WBL) services.
The Assessment Coordinator supports the Qualification, Delivery and Award Manager and immediate team on a daily basis to complete key administration, data analysis and data reporting tasks using a range of tools and systems. The post holder will ensure that business processes are carried out to a high standard, in accordance with all appropriate internal and external requirements, and can withstand scrutiny by internal audit and key stakeholders - including external quality assurance bodies, regulators, employers, apprentices and parents.
The post-holder will also contribute to the ongoing review and continuous improvement of our WBL service, ensuring ongoing effectiveness and process efficiency.
Key Accountabilities:
Respond to email queries from internal and external customers/stakeholders, representing the WBL Learning team Use multiple IT packages, associated with the WBL qualifications including MS Excel, One CRM, IQS, Microsoft suite applications, Tableau Support the QDAM and immediate team through accurate and timely data input, updates and regular record keeping on Assessment Associates, customers and learners. Support the WBL team with training events at key times of the year Update and report on key management information to relevant team members, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate Report all risks and issues, to relevant team members, including any suspected malpractice/maladministration or conflicts of interest Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of WBL processes and systems, maintaining good working practices Take responsibility for own learning and development, associated with the role and the wider work of the team/business unit.
Qualifications
Background and Experience (Essential):
Previous experience as a Senior Administrator, ideally within a complex business unit organisation Experience of providing business support in a busy, matrixed, environment Experience of data input and data management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Competent using IT, including databases, and common business support packages Experience of improving efficiency and streamlining tasks in a complex administrative environment Experience of managing and prioritising own workload Experience of working in a customer facing environment
