Due to the category growth, we are expanding our product innovation and looking for pioneers that know how to expand their thinking and bring new ideas to life. 

This is an exciting opportunity to be The Senior Manager North to accelerate ARTD sustainable profitable growth in Mexico, providing strategic direction, identifying, and maximizing growth opportunities aligned with the OU ambition and priorities.

What You’ll Do for Us 

General Management Accountability of ARTD portfolio in North Region (4 Bottlers: CDF, ARCA, Colima y Nayar)Drives top line growth for ARTD Portfolio by leading the implementation of key commercial activities to win at the marketEnsures the execution, tracking and performance of the Business Plan and other strategic initiativesSupport the Modern Trade, On-trade and 3rd space expansion removing barriers andenabling growth working closely with the C&CL team.Lead strategic ARTD projects in the zone and across the OU: City Centric, Product Launch, S&OP evolution, RTM models, competitiveness or performance turnarounds.Enables the development of new capabilities, the resources required and the plan to unlock the value of our portfolio across channels (disruptive POS, cold is sold, cattman, etc)Lead and influence the agenda across areas and internal & external stakeholders to foster trust and a growth mindset to ensure sustainable category growth.  Partner with marketing team to implement category and brand prioritization capitalizing consumer and customer needs, identifying new market opportunities and improving business competitiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements 

+7 years of experience, working in general management, with P&L accountability with experience in Franchise Leadership, Key Accounts or commercial similar areas.Previous experience in Alcohol Industry is highly preferred.Fluent English is requiredSet the agenda and influence key stakeholders – Must possess excellent relationship building skills, as well as strategic leadership abilitiesDemonstrate passion for selling, negotiating, relationship building in an entrepreneurial environment.
