Job Purpose
The Area Supervisor’s main role is to manage and coordinate activities carried out in shops by the Distributor’s field force in their allocated area of the country and to collect Perfect Store data to assess compliance with KPIs agreed with the Distributor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing, supervising and reviewing the execution of all sales activities performed by distributor sales force within that Area Supervisor’s designated territory for all Mas categories;
• Consult for additional orders with the distributor sales representatives;
• Training and coaching the Distributor field force;
• Coordination and overseeing the installation of checkouts (metal displays) by the distributor's field force in newly opened/renewed stores within the allocated area;
• Liaising with the distributor field force to ensure refilling and stock replenishment on all positions in the stores (main shelf, checkouts and secondary placements);
• Collecting data for Perfect Store reporting (number of displays, facing, check out, shelf positioning, secondary placements) and sharing information to Mars associates on situation in stores. Report on KPI fulfilment;
• Having regular meetings with the distributor sales force team to discuss possible improvements in store;
• Executing audit of distributors pay for performance KPIs on regular basis.
Requirements:
• Minimum a High School Diploma;
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales;
• Fluent in English and the local language;
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proactive mindset;
• Proven negotiation skills and a strong capacity to work autonomously;
• Highly customer-focused, results-driven, and action-oriented.
