The position
In this role, you will guide and develop the medical representative team to successfully execute the business plan for the related territory based on the Business unit (BU)/portfolio strategy. The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related fields. Minimum of 5 years sales representative background in the pharmaceutical industry with 3-5 years of people management experience. Strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skills. Good communication with English proficiency.
