Main Accountabilities:
负责烟台和威海2个地区销量目标达成,新用户开发和产品 SKU渗透目标达成;
负责团队日常管理,分配团队成员目标和任务,并通过过程管理,推动完成公司重要的KPI目标;通过辅导和随访,提升团队成员能力和技巧;
通过市场基础工作夯实,市场分销活动执行,达成当月分销目标;带领用家团队进行终端新客户开发,老客户产品维护和渗透;
通过销售数据分析、竞品信息收集,制定区域生意计划和品类计划。执行公司要求的活动,发现本区域品类机会并制定相应策略,优异执行;
负责日常文案工作,如按要求整理提交周报、月报等公司系统数据;
执行上级安排的其他任务。
Requirements:
本科或以上学历,行业背景不限(有餐饮或快消行业从业经验优先);
3年以上团队人员管理经验;
良好的沟通能力,自信,勇于面对困难;
富有良好的业务拓展精神及商业意识,谈判技巧及团队管理经验;
良好的压力承受能力和达成目标的强烈愿望;
能长期不退缩,坚持达成预定目标, 有超越目标的强烈愿望,并能采取行动努力达成;
具备一定的电脑操作技能;
能够接受在外出差。
