Area Business Manager/地区业务经理

Main Accountabilities:

1. 推动目标达成:负责某地区生意管理和RTM管理(用家端&渠道端);管理经销商的一级进货、二级出货以及库存水平,积极推动一二级销售目标达成;

2. 制定区域生意策略:根据组织的整体战略和目标,结合自己所辖地区的市场和内部情况,调整并形成能有效用于当地的任务策略;

3. 费用管理:管理地区日常运作以及备用金的使用管理和费用预算的控制;

4. 持续超越:主动寻找生意机会或各种优化效率的机会,设立挑战的目标,并付诸行动。永远保持积极心态,并带动团队的激情,挑战无极限。

5. 人员发展: 通过日常市场随访和沟通,根据下属的能力特点,为下属提供有质量,有针对性的辅导和反馈。同时管理下属销售人员日常工作和其他行政工作;

Requirements:
1. 本科或以上学历,5年以上快速消费品工作经验(有餐饮渠道销售工作经历尤佳);

2. 具备用家经验,渠道经验和团队管理经验;

3. 管理过6千万以上生意体量的区域,并带领区域超预期增长;

4. 具备宏观生意管理能力,敏锐外部市场洞察力;大客户管理、谈判经验,良好的沟通能力与抗压能力;

5. 能长期在艰苦环境下工作,不退缩,坚持达成预定目标;

6. 能够接受在外出差.
