**Job Title:** Apprenticeship Programme Coordinator – RAC/RMP (full time)

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised apprenticeship programme coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the administration and coordination of our apprenticeship programs at the RAC (Royal Armoured Corps) and RMP (Royal Military Police), ensuring compliance with internal procedures, end-point assessment organisations, and relevant legislation.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Coordinate and Administer Apprenticeship Programs:**
+ Provide essential administrative support for the coordination and administration of apprenticeship programs.
+ Update and maintain business systems, including OneFile and Maytas, ensuring accurate records and timely completion of reports.
+ **Develop and Maintain Systems and Procedures:**
+ Assist in the development and maintenance of systems and procedures related to the administration and documentation of apprenticeship programs.
+ Manage end-point assessment and awarding organisation registration and certification processes, adhering to specified timelines.
+ **Audit and Compliance:**
+ Undertake internal and external audits, inspections, and self-assessment processes.
+ Ensure adherence to company quality systems and compliance with relevant regulations.
+ **Apprenticeship Administration:**
+ Manage the administration of apprenticeship starts, reviews, breaks in learning, BIL returns, achievements, leaver paperwork, and certificates.
+ Maintain accurate records in electronic and/or paper-based formats.
+ **Data Management:**
+ Keep the Maytas MIS system up to date and accurate through precise data entry and amendments.
+ Manage learner files, paperwork, and the OneFile e-portfolio to a high standard and ensure audit readiness.
+ Complete monthly FIS, PDSAT, VYED and bespoke data checks.
+ **Communication and Collaboration:**
+ Attend and contribute to team and operational meetings.
+ Maintain excellent working relationships with management, apprenticeship coaches, and quality staff.
**General Responsibilities:**
+ Adhere to the company’s policies, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Equality, Prevention of Harassment & Bullying, Public Disclosure, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
+ Ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and company policies related to Health and Safety, GDPR, Diversity and Inclusion, and other relevant legislation.
+ Be responsible for personal time and attendance, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
+ Work within the company’s quality procedures within relevant departments.
+ Achieve deadlines and targets set by the Line Manager.
+ Undertake agreed training and maintain a record of continuous professional development.
+ Act in a professional manner and in the Company’s best interests.
+ Perform other duties associated with the role as required.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
+ Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite
+ Strong organisational and time-management skills.
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
+ Familiarity with Onefile and Maytas systems is a plus.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team success.
