Our team
Our mission in Offer Product Marketing is to increase adoption of the Altea Offer portfolio, launch the Nevio Offer portfolio, and support the transformation of retailing within the airline industry. We aim to become the market leader in retailing transformation and support airlines' revenue growth by understanding their needs, following market trends, and equipping our Sales force with strong value propositions and sales enablement materials.
Role Overview
As a Product Marketing apprentice, you will support the Offer Product Marketing team in various activities ranging from data reporting and analysis to the development of marketing materials and internal knowledge management. You will contribute to building a comprehensive marketing strategy and execution framework that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
During this apprenticeship, you will:
Update and automate reporting activities (financial results, customer database, win/loss analysis).
Liaise with the Salesforce management team to support data integration automation.
Perform analysis of customer feedback from interviews.
Define and measure KPIs linked to marketing activities and events.
Analyze post-event surveys and prepare corresponding reports.
Update marketing materials in line with Amadeus branding and naming conventions.
Monitor competitor communication (style and content).
Support knowledge management activities, including SharePoint maintenance.
You will also gain exposure to the following areas:
Pricing strategy support (standard and ad-hoc pricing inputs).
Business case contributions at the product level.
Go-to-market content creation (sales playbooks, portfolio, competition analysis).
Customer satisfaction measurement (Voice of the Customer).
