Our team

The Operational Excellence & Industrialization team, part of the Strategy & Partnerships unit, is responsible for scaling Amadeus' partner ecosystem through process automation and industrialization. We aim to optimize efficiency and ensure seamless partner interactions through digital innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview

As an apprentice, you will support the Partner Managers and contribute to the automation and redesign of commercial processes to improve scalability and partner experience. You will also help ensure smooth operations, accurate data tracking, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Support commercial activities related to contracting, billing, implementation, payments, and partner terminations.

Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Billing, Collections, and Delivery.

Contribute to the redesign of commercial workflows and propose self-service digital solutions.

Ensure accurate data quality and maintain process integrity across internal systems.

Learning Opportunities

Gain insights into the travel IT industry, partner operations, and the dynamics of global ecosystems.

Understand process industrialization and automation strategies in a large-scale organization.

Acquire hands-on experience in sales operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Profile

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Interest in technical subjects, process optimization, and automation.
