Role Overview

The Digital Services department provides innovative e-commerce solutions to airlines. You will join a cross-functional team that develops technical frameworks to enable development teams to deliver customized solutions.

Your main mission will be to enhance our logging and monitoring systems to improve tracking of application performance and health. This will involve:

Understanding the application architecture and its components.

Creating dashboards and log structures for better monitoring.

Analyzing data to develop improvement plans and recommendations.

Collaborating with Digital Labs to implement these improvements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

During this apprenticeship, you will enhance your technical skills, gain experience with DevOps practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your team’s mission will include:

Streamlining operational activities and improving development tools and processes.

Implementing monitoring and alerting solutions to boost application reliability.

Advising Digital Labs on optimizing and operating their applications.

Supporting Digital Labs with non-functional requirements, such as cloud migration, delivery pipeline updates, and adopting new frameworks.

Contributing to internal technical forums to innovate and improve tools and processes.
