Role Statement - Overview: (Brief description of the purpose of the job)
•    The Digital & Distribution Analyst for the TE Transportation Solutions Segment will develop & align regional integrated marketing strategies and lead related implementation of campaigns that support our business objectives with INDIRECT and Channel partnerships within the APAC.  

•    The individual in this role will manage both internal & external business relationships with a holistic strategy, leverage data and analytics to inform campaign tactics, report on performance and recommend changes, conduct effective data & funnel analytics, employ both the science and the art of marketing to drive successful outcomes. 

•    This role is highly collaborative and will partner closely with Business Unit marketing & sales teams, Solutions Center, Center  Business Unit, global teams and external agencies to develop and execute digital marketing best practices to exceed the fragmented market customer and revenue growth targets. The scope of growth channels includes, but is not limited to, Search, Programmatic, Social, Vertical Media, Partnership, Database, and Channel Partners Co-Op initiatives—particularly those related to New Product Introductions (NPIs).

•    This role will work with Product & Integrated Marketing in the BUs, as well as Key Account Managers, Global Account Managers, and BU Distribution Sales, to understand their objectives and identify and implement promotional activities in APAC markets. The role will be a direct part of the TS Segment Marketing team with responsibility and ownership for Digital & Distribution marketing enablement. 

•    The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying, growing and deepening relationships with our distributor partners, garnering trust, accountability and transparency which are critical to our growth in this area.  

Job Responsibilities

•    Work closely with TS Segment Mktg leadership to create a common vision for leveraging INDIRECT growth program & distribution network and driving local for local approaches to advance segment & BU goals.
•    Serve as a critical partner to BU Product & Integrated Marketing and understand the key business drivers and levers for business success.
•    Initiative Digital & Distribution marketing effective initiatives and align with key stakeholders & partners to drive revenue results with marketing’s financial objectives & budget. 
•    Lead customer campaign effectiveness in both TE APAC digital ecosystem and distribution networks, and push regional expansion, know-how and capability building.
•    Work closely with Product & Integrated Marketing, Solutions Center, Channel teams, external agencies, distribution marketing staff, Key Account Managers, Global Account Managers, and Channel BU/Segment Marketing peers to develop messaging, tactics, and strategies that support strategic campaigns.
o    Drive awareness of relevant New Product Introductions (NPIs) through Channel Partners to ensure adoption and support revenue generation.
•    Manage and optimize agency relationships with a focus on media buying including paid search, programmatic, endemic, social media, CRM email.
•    For distribution efforts, collect and track Co-Op funded initiatives supporting TS Segment BUs, ensuring transparency and performance alignment. Broader marketing metrics and success measurement will continue in collaboration with Channel Sales Enablement.
•    Perform customer analysis, segmenting customers into meaningful target groups and deploying precise marketing tactics based on actionable insights.
•    Increase lifetime value and reduce churn by engaging customers with the most targeted, relevant, and personalized content at each stage of the customer lifecycle.
•    Understand key customer segments and develop a linkage with distribution partner Voice of the Customer program outputs to refine messaging and customer campaigns.
•    Manage and motivate a team of Integrated Marketing Analyst, with an emphasis on talent development and engagement. 
•    Influence Product Marketing who has ownership of project plans and successful completion of key BU marketing projects aligned with strategic business goals
•    Serve as liaison with regional Marketing in other BUs and other critical functions to drive global consistency, best practices and efficiencies related to Digital & Distribution marketing processes and standards.
•    Partner with cross Segments teams to drive campaign effectiveness & synergy of growth initiatives.
•    Partner with Digital team to build & support initiatives in improving CX and business conversion.
•    Act as a role model for marketing, fostering, and promoting a mind-set and culture of customer-centric & marketing excellence, and driving TEOA.

STRATEGIC THINKING: Proven record of APAC digital growth strategy and distribution partner strengths with remarkable customer-orientated insights, competitive intelligence, and internal business plans to create effective marketing programs.

DIGITAL GROWTH EXPERT: Strong expertise of developing B2B Search/Digital/Demand-gen/Content marketing strategies, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets, and know-how of global marketing technology platforms including Salesforce, Eloqua CRM, AEM, AA, etc.

DISTRIBUTION MARKETING: In collaboration with TE Channel Sales Enablement, drive close partnership with channel marketing team to better support business growth in distribution. This includes driving programs and ROI.

INTEGRATED CAMPAIGNS: Co-develop and implement integrated marketing programs that are aligned with specific BU growth objectives which may include all elements of the marketing mix.


Qualifications:
•    BA – preferably advanced education and/or coursework, MBA degree preferred.
•    In-depth APAC marketing knowledge and experience with performance & distribution marketing
•    5-10 years of integrated marketing experience in a B2B or technology company with a heavy focus on fragmented market development.
•    Proven expertise in B2B performance marketing, including Digital Marketing (SEM/SEO/Social), Media Planning/Buying, Campaign Development/Management and Analytics.
•    Strong business acumen, knowledge of the online medias, distribution partners, customer, competition, and issues impacting business coupled with the ability to use this information to shape communications and strategies.
•    Solid customer-centric customer journey design capability with excellent balance skillset of delivering quick-win performance and innovations for long-term.
•    Proven project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment/change management, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.
•    Highly analytical, data-driven and understands how to optimize programs to deliver upon overall company goals and metrics.
•    Strong inter-personal skills and distribution partnership management with proven track record of forging excellent relationships at multiple levels of an organization. 
•    A convincing communicator with compelling perspectives and knowledge of marketing trends and innovations.
•    An innovative thinker and creative problem solver, ability, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
•    Strong collaboration and influencing skills.

•    Deep understanding of Inside Sales Operations and funnel management.

•    Familiarity with Adobe, AA, Salesforce.com and Eloqua a plus.
