**Your key responsibilities**
+ Plan for replenishment based on the IBP forecast.
+ Driving accountability with market planners in the region to meet the desired days of inventory coverage & operating working capital for responsible product portfolio and taking lead in managing the demand and supply imbalance.
+ Establish an inventory management process with third-party service provider(s) so as to ensure inventory accuracy, healthy inventory turnover, minimize damages, appropriate storage conditions and disposal conditions.
+ Propose planning parameters to meet the intended stock coverage and work with masterdata team to update in APO planning system. Be the focal point for all Asia Pacific product supply related topic and propose the allocation distribution for both in-stock and non-stock skus.
+ Lead the Short Term Reconciliation process and Inventory Governance meetings to align sales plan and supply capability with the aim to narrow the gap between supply and demand, driving actions to achieve inventory targets. Updating of Power Bi dashboard for weekly meetings.
+ Close collaboration with order execution and customer service team on fulfilment of orders. Handling of labelling requests from 3PLs or customers
+ Working with 3rd party logistics parties by providing shipping documents and receiving incoming supplies into SAP as per the records provided by warehousing team. Carry out administrative duties to support audit requirements and ensure smooth tax rebates claims under the Major Exporter Scheme.

**You bring**
+ Bachelor of equivalent experience in business administration or other supply chain management related field.
+ Familiarity with SAP system, ECC and APO.
+ Experience with SCM activities and planning methods
+ Experience in import clearance process
+ Familiarity with main issues relating to production, transportation and warehousing
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Everyangle and dashboards
