Job Responsibilities
\n\nPerform 1st Level denied party screening of shipment details by reviewing match information in the Denied Party Application (DPA)\nAnalyse Denied Parties/Sanctions and export control high match shipments/non-shipments records against the agreed and approved lists (defined in GSOP)\nUpdate relevant systems with the results and actions taken in the review of the high match shipments\nEscalate all potential valid match shipment records to Level 2 screeners for enhanced screening.\nRelease on hold shipments not escalated to Level 2\nAssist as directed by Senior Analyst, Supervisor and Manager in the research and review of escalated high match shipment records\nParticipate in planning and directing the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations\nDuties as otherwise assigned\nSkills & Requirements
\n\nDiploma or Degree Holder from a reputable academic institution or equivalent by experience\nMin 1-2 years of working experience in similar position or field\n1 year experience in transportation or customs preferred.\nExperience in compliance, sanctions screening preferred\nEntry Level Job – specialist training provided\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database and web-based applications\nExcellent oral and written communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills; courteous and clear telephone voice\nProficiency on a 10 key number pad\nFluent English and another regional language, depending on the region requirement (Korean, Japanese, Mandarin etc)\nAble to work quickly and accurately in high pressure environment under limited supervision\nHigh attention to details\nAble to perform detailed validation / research in multiple internal IT systems, internet, internal databases and hard copy files / documents\nSelf-motivated, willingness to constantly have self-development\nStrong team player\n
