LOCATION: Tulsa, OK

WORKPLACE TYPE: Hybrid

As an Analyst, Accounts Payable, you will assist AP leadership with reporting, statistics, auditing of AP transactions, leading automation campaigns and specials projects as assigned. This role will also assist with the execution of high risk AP Processes.  This role will also ensure processes are properly executed through on-going reporting, resolve issues to avoid as many risks as possible in Accounts Payable.  You may also assist with retraining where needed and support the Supervisor and Associate Manager to resolve issues. This role will be reporting to the Associate Manager of General Accounts Payable and collaborate within a dynamic, team oriented environment. 

What will you do:

Primary responsibilities include resolving the daily activities for the AP invoice exception processes, monthly operating reviews, reporting and ensuring adherence to strong internal controls.

Review, analyze and process high volumes of accounts payable transactions Provide support and guidance on accounts payable inquiries that require non standard solutions Prepare comprehensive analysis reports as required to support required processes Assist in month-end close activities Ensure company policies and procedures are being adhered to. Communicate all activities to managers and escalate important issues when appropriate. Identify areas of continuous improvement and or challenges Complete Vendor Statement reconciliations as assigned Prepare, Analyze the Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) with managers with the goal of reviewing all performance measures and ensures the attainment of the SLAs.  You will also act as an ESKER subject matter expert and assist the AP Department as needed Additional processes may include:  Disbursements (Payee Positive pay, rejects), High Risk vendor reviews, process manual payments, collect on debit payables, vendor and ERS reconciliations, GRIR resolution, Internal & External Audit Support, Annual 1099 process, support the Close process, W9 / ACH validations, Open Reviews, Vendor Term reviews, purchasing & AP/ policy controls Other duties as assigned 

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field or relevant years of experience  3-5 years proven experience in Accounts Payable or PTP processes, risks, controls, and policy compliance. Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements and financial reporting standards Skilled in analytical and statistical research and providing analysis and commentary on monthly analytic reports Strong Experience in SAP, Ariba, Esker and Advance MS Excel User Global Shared Services environment experience is a plus Proficient with resolving Invoice Exceptions

Pay Range:

$61,360.00-$81,813.33 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
