As AME Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for exemplary support to the Customer Service team in the region, by being able to proactively navigate and diagnose needs and respond using a wide and dynamic base of information and resources.
You Will Be Part of a Growing Team
The role interfaces with internal and external customers and coordinates with multiple business and functional partners to deliver exceptional service to contribute to Corteva business success.
The role will support the regional team with streamlining of processes, internal control and audit alignment to business requirements, preparation and submission of such controls and assistance in development of OTC dashboards for visibility and continued collaboration.
Your Challenge:
Assist AME CS Lead with development of PowerBI reports as required, for various countries in AME, liaising with commercial units per country to provide requirements and provide requested outputCoordinate and assist with development of electronic forms in SharePoint, to streamline specific CS functions and allow moving away from manual tasksEnsure standard is maintained and folders kept up to date in AME CS SharePoint site · Prepare monthly internal controls for AME region, by providing guidance to ensure supporting documents are provided on time for submission in the IC tool. This includes the responsibility to overview submitted documents and for certain countries, prepare and upload relevant documents for review into AuditBoard, keeping strictly to timelines.Continually ensure processes in SharePoint are up to date and reviewed by respective teams, in constant preparation for internal and external SOX audits Assist in preparing monthly manual controls and quarterly relevant controls Drive to complete projects in required timelines, with the inclusion of relevant stakeholders Coordinate customer master data cleanup project for validation of data in various ERP systems Be innovative in CS team functions to provide more efficient ways of working Any other related function that may be required, not mentioned aboveKey Stakeholders and Interactions:

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
Formal qualification (degree/diploma) in Business Management, Internal Auditing or similar · 3 Years’ experience in a role with direct internal auditing and control responsibilitiesExperience in ERP systems and master dataProject management experience would be advantageousGood command in English for both verbal and written communication, and ability to communicate level upStrong attention to details; analytical skills, with advanced MS Excel skillsStrong coordination skills with good initiative to problem solveWho Are We Looking For?
