**Job Summary** Senior Ambassador is responsible for managing and expanding medium to large existing accounts, improving customer relationship and satisfaction, improving profitability of accounts, and handling first line service **Job Responsibilities** + Act as trusted partner and advisor as Abbott’s main contact to customers + Manage and drive the development of their accounts, including key activities such as: strategic account management and post-sales implementation process + New product and menu expansion targeting and sales support + Prepare and execute regular customer business reviews + Success in this role is measured by service level achievement, economic profitability, customer satisfaction score (NPS), contract renewal rate and managed revenue. + Management of medium to large accounts, maintain network customer satisfaction + Experience sharing and support for Ambassador in the team **Requirements: Education and Experience** + Degree in medical technology, life sciences or business or equivalent + Knowledge of medical laboratory science is preferred + Fluent in Cantonese and English.
