We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Airline Security Officer to join our team at the EMA Hub in Derbyshire. This pivotal role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing security protocols to ensure compliance with national and international aviation security regulations. You will work closely with DHL Security colleagues, industry stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement to enhance our security measures and maintain our commitment to safety.

As our Airline Security Officer, you will;

\n\nDevelop and maintain the Security Management System of DHL Air (UK) in line with international regulatory requirements and IOSA standards\nManage multiple internal regulated documents which define security policies and procedures applicable to multiple international security programmes\nEnsure compliance with the UK/EU ACC3 respective cargo security regimes, to allow DHK to operate unabated in accordance with network demand\nInvestigate security incidents and implement corrective actions\nServe as the Cyber Security Responsible Manager, analysing IT processes for vulnerabilities and implementing improvement practices in accordance with UK CAA requirements\nEngage with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to influence security regulation changes\nAddress regulatory shortfalls and recommend strategies for compliance\nAct as a point of contact for DHL Air (UK) foreign Operator approvals as required\nBe responsible for producing and maintaining Security Risk Assessments\n\n

Requirements;

\n\nBachelor's degree in Aviation Management, or respective field\nCapable of achieving CTC clearance or higher\n3 year's of working in an aviation security role, within an airline environment preferred\nThe ability to multitask and to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines is essential\nExcellent attention to detail and problem solving skills\n\n
