AI Solutions Strategist

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Solutions Strategist to lead the discovery, shaping, and storytelling of AI-driven opportunities across our Centers of Excellence. This role is ideal for someone with strong AI fluency, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build momentum through clear narratives, hands-on exploration, and cross-functional engagement.
You’ll partner with engineering, platform, and business teams to surface real-world AI opportunities, shape solution ideas, and help turn them into tangible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and shape practical AI opportunities across automation, integration, and engineering use cases Collaborate with architects and engineers to define solution approaches that align with platform strategy Deliver engaging demos, internal presentations, and executive-ready narratives that showcase impact Track developments in LLMs, RAG, vector search, and GenAI, and evaluate their enterprise relevance Contribute to internal AI roadmaps by aligning emerging use cases with COE and platform priorities (e.g., A2A flows, MCP dashboards) Facilitate engagement sessions, debriefs, and showcases to build awareness and spark new ideas Act as a bridge between strategy and execution—fluent in the language of both business and technologyWhat You Bring
Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, embedding models, and agentic workflows Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, or similar platforms) Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders and translating complexity into clarity Strategic problem-solving mindset, able to define opportunities, connect dots, and drive early-stage direction Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QE, or platform) Comfort working in ambiguity and validating ideas with early experimentation or visual storytellingPreferred Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in AI/ML, innovation strategy, automation, or platform transformation roles Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent applied experience) Experience in a Center of Excellence, platform team, or cross-enterprise transformation initiative is a plus Proven ability to lead early-stage concept shaping and influence without authorityWhat We Offer
