About the role:
We are seeking an experienced AI Operations Manager to lead our Prompt Engineering and Evaluation teams. In this leadership role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven products and features while managing a team of Prompt Evaluation Associates.
You'll be responsible for establishing operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, robust reporting, and ensuring our AI solutions deliver exceptional value to our clients by laser-focusing on a successful outcome.
This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic mindset, combined with a deep understanding of AI technologies (and data analytics).
What you’ll do:
Operational Excellence
Establish, implement, and optimise operational standards, workflows, and best practices for prompt engineering and evaluation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency through effective reporting and communication.Innovation & Data-Driven Decision Making
Drive innovation in prompt engineering methodologies and evaluation frameworks. Define, track, and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and inform strategic decisions.Technical Oversight
Supervise the crafting, testing, and refinement of AI prompts for data generation Support team members in understanding AI behaviours, conducting evaluations, and enhancing prompt strategies.
